Meetings

Society meetings are usually held in the summer and the winter. The location of meetings is rotated around universities and museums in Japan.
Usually, the summer meeting (annual meeting) is held in the middle or latter part of June and the winter meeting (regular meeting) is held in late January.
In general, the deadline for abstract submission is Thursday of the third week of April for summer meetings and Thursday of the third week of November for winter meetings. For further details, please contact the office of the Society.
